Trafford Golf Centre Looks Forward To Another Bumper Year

THE Trafford Golf Centre saw over 11 million balls hit on their superb range in 2016 and with all of the excellent and ever-improving facilities they now have on site the expectations are that this will be beaten again in 2017.

Pete Styles, their long-serving and highly respected Director of Golf and PGA Teaching professional, said: "We had over 150,000 golfers through our doors in 2016 as we offered coaching from PGA professionals from 7am to 10pm on seven days a week and they gave over 12,000 lessons.

"Also on site we have the busiest American Golf store in the UK and the new Starbucks cafe that served over 5,000 cups of coffee during December alone..

"PGA pro Michael Clarke heads up our Get into Golf Initiative supported by Golf England and last year this helped to see over 300 new golfers take up the game around 50 per cent of which were ladies.

"We offer great deals on lessons and by utilising arrangements with our partner golf clubs we create a clear pathway from the golfer’s first swing on the range to becoming an established golfer on the course.

"We now have a new Trafford Golf Centre Junior Academy headed up by our PGA pro Nick Holmes which will help juniors get into the game in the best possible way and for more info on what we have to offer check out the website www.traffordgolfcentre.co.uk."
